Meet the team
Carl Prince

Through a very sporting past at varying levels I have developed a love of all things to do with health, fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. My time within this industry has seen me look specifically at areas such as nutrition, back stability, body conditioning, and more recently, core stability.
Having been based at national private gyms along with local authority facilities, I have experienced clients from every background and situation. I have also worked with youth players at Leyton Orient Football Club, professional tri-atheletes and am establishing links with sport Englands Olympic disabled basketball team.

As a result, I have developed relationships with fellow exercise professionals, as well as professionals from other industries such as sports rehabilitation. I believe the future of exercise development for the public is personal training.

Neil Heppel

I have been in the health & fitness industry for over 10 years, where I have worked my way from a Gym Instructor to becoming a Club Manager. Now working as a Personal Trainer I am doing what I love and that is training people, so that they achieve their goals through training and nutritional advice. I have worked with all kinds of clients at differing levels, ranging from amateur athletes through to older clientele with medical conditions and therefore gained extensive knowledge and experience in my chosen field.

My background is very sporty and this has always been an interest. My sporting ground is athletics, where I have represented the Essex crosscountry and was ranked 7th in the country at 3000 metres.

Vicky Whymark

I am a well-established Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in the profession and provide personal training and fitness solutions to a varied range of clients throughtout Brentwood and the surrounding area.

Dawn Louise Adams

As a figure competitor I recently competed in the UKFBB Southern Qualifier in Portsmouth and am very happy to say I won! It was such a wonderful day and all my hard work paid off. Officially I spent 12 weeks preparing for the competition, although really a lifetime of training and living well goes into the whole process!

Training is part of my daily routine, just like brushing my teeth and taking a shower! Without it, somehow I don't feel quite the same zest for life! I am now available for personal training sessions and am very excited to pass my knowledge, experience, expertise and passion on to you!

I am a personal trainer and have been in and around the fitness industry for many years as a fitness instructor and to stay fit as semi professional athlete.
My interest in sport started at an early age. My interests lie within football and still do to this day.

At 18 I joined Stanway Rovers before joining Tiptree United, Long Melford FC and now Wivenhoe Town FC.
As a result of my football background, I have developed relationships with fellow exercise professionals, as well as professionals from other industries such as sports rehabilitation and sports injury therapy.

Inevitably during this sporting background as mentioned above, I have encountered a few injuries myself, including cartilage and ligament damage to the knees, fractured metatarsals and ribs! This helped with my training development as I have learnt through personal experience how to help those with similar problems over come such injuries and problems.
Most recently I spent a year and a half away from the industry and my football due to back surgery and saw this as a challenge to help with my career development, and gained valuable experience of how to exercise with severe limitations to my mobility.

My time working as a fitness instructor has helped me develop a base knowledge of the industry and how to interact with a range of different clients of which I hope I can use to help you achieve your goals.

Since working from within the Brentwood Centre I have been helping many people on a NHS funded weight management scheme of which has been hugely successful and rewarding as many of my clients through this scheme have achieved goals they previously thought not possible. Through hard work, dedication and a hunger to help those wanting to improve there fitness and lifestyle I will help you to achieve your fitness goals!

Emile Soloman

As an experienced, highly motivating personal trainer my aim is to provide you with outstanding personal training service and help educate in the best and most effective ways of achieving your goals.

Personal training with me guarantees results, be it weight loss, improved fitness, a change of diet, or simply being fit for life.

Being originally from South Africa I have an extensive knowledge of a variety of training techniques from both the northern and southern hemisphere.
Rachel Goddard

My love for sport and fitness made a career in the fitness industry a natural choice and my specialities from an early age were dance and gymnastics. At school I was very much a team player in hockey, rounders and basketball but I was also very competitive in athletics and individual events.

I have spent my entire working life within local authority and private gyms doing a variety of jobs from fitness instructing to teaching classes and personal training and steadily adding to my qualifications.

I enjoy working with people and being able to see vast improvements from them achieving their goals as well as growing as an individual, gaining confidence and a new lease of energy through a planned personal programme.

Working with a variety of clientele from all walks of life with a wide range of fitness levels, age groups, disabilities and medical conditions, has helped me develop my knowledge and experience.

The key to exercise is variety, to stop you getting bored and to make sure your body is constantly progressing and having a fun and enjoyable regime to follow. In addition to using the normal gym equipment we can use core stability balls, resistance bands, bars and dumbbells to sculpt your body to suit your needs.

I have played for both town and county winning numerous trophies and medals, but had to give it up to pursue my career as a personal trainer.

Since an early age, I have always had a passion for sports and keeping fit. Firstly was football up to my early teens but through injuries I had to give it up, so then I decided to join a local gym and then developed a passion for weight and fitness training. In the 7 seven years I have been training I have developed a good physique through dedicated training and a good diet. The more I saw a change in my physique and progression in the gym the more my dedication and passion grew and now I wouldn't want to live without it. The reason I became a personal trainer is help people achieve their goals in the fastest time possible and feel good about themselves and maximise their time they spend training.
